The Circuit Clerk's Office Uses a combination of mail notifcations and an Automated Calling system to notify Jurors when to appear.  Please contact the Circuit Clerk's Office at 304-772-3017 if you have received a call regarding jury duty that seems suspicious.

Monroe Count Grand Jury conveines the 2nd Tuesday in January, the 3rd Tuesday in May, and the 2nd Tuesday in September of each year.  Special Grand Juries outside of these dates will be announced.
