New Document Recording Fees

Beginning Thursday, July 1, 2021 there will be new recording fees for any documents recorded in the County Clerk's Office.  For a list of changes, please see the attached Clerk's Fee Schedule.   If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the County Clerk's Office at (304) 772-3096 Extension 3.
